CSD Regular Board Meeting – 2:00 PM, August 20, 2019 at the Lodge

Your CSD Board of Directors will be voting a several items related to moving forward with the next phase of road improvements; a $1.5 million project intended to resurface and restore all of the remaining streets in the Saddle Creek (Or Copper Valley) community! Last year, your CSD completed the major renovation of Saddle Creek Drive and portions of Oak Creek Ln. The August 20, 2019 Regular Meeting Agenda Packet is available for download HERE. This next planned phase of the project will result in all streets in the community looking as good as Saddle Creek Drive. If the schedule works out right, this time next year we will be in construction of the Phase II project.

At the August 20 meeting, the Board will be voting on an agreement with an engineering firm to complete the road improvement design, and applying for a road construction loan. The Board will also discuss a community satisfaction survey, responsibilities of the CSD and Home Owners Associations in enforcing road and parking related restrictions, access concerns, and the potential change of the CSD name to Copper Valley.
