Good evening!

The Regular board meeting agenda and meeting materials for the Regular Copper Valley CSD Board of Directors meeting (Formerly known as Saddle Creek CSD) will be held at 2:00PM at the Copper Valley Lodge. The Board will hear from Willdan Project Manager Peter Rei regarding the status and schedule of the 2nd phase of the road improvement project design, bidding and construction. The Board will also elect its officers for 2020 and discuss street trees, the customer satisfaction survey, district name change status (to Copper Valley CSD and other new legal requirements.

In closed session, the Board will discuss the terms and conditions of an agreement with Copper Valley Partners which is intended to formalize and clarify previous agreements with Castle & Cooke, and to determine responsibility for certain street common area maintenance.
