CSD to Adopt Bylaws, January 29, 2018 by Peter J. Kampa, General Manager
The Saddle Creek Community Services District will adopt the Official By-laws for the Officers of the Board of Directors for the 2018 calendar year on February 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Saddle Creek Country Club, 1000 Saddle Creek Dr. Copperopolis, CA 95228.
Anyone wishing to be heard on the above matter may appear before the Board of Directors during this meeting. The by-laws for the Officers of the Board of Directors contain policies on meeting times and dates, meeting agenda preparation, meeting decorum, preparation or minutes and maintenance or recordings, authority of directors and the General Manager, and training.
