As he is moving from the District, Steve Marsden, has resigned his position as a Saddle Creek CSD Director effective July 18, 2012.
As authorized under Government Code Section 1780 (C), the remaining four members of the Saddle Creek CSD Board of Directors have determined to fill Mr. Marsden’s unexpired term by appointment at the regular meeting of August 21, 2012.
Qualified residents (persons registered to vote in Saddle Creek CSD elections) may submit a letter of interest to the Saddle Creek CSD Clerk/Treasurer- 1000 Saddle Creek Drive, Copperopolis, CA 95228.
In order to be considered for appointment as CSD Director the letter of interest must be received by the CSD Clerk/Treasurer by no later than 5:00 P.M., August 10, 2012.
The term of office for the person appointed will expire in December 2013 (the conclusion of Mr. Marsden’s unexpired term).
