The Board will be holding a public hearing to take comments and input on the adoption of the an encroachment permit ordinance, that will help us ensure that our nice roads stay in good condition for many years and are not damaged by construction vehicles and equipment. The ordinance also ensures that new driveway approaches, sidewalks and other work on CVCSD property (roads) is performed correctly.
