Roger has been a property owner in Copper Valley since 2001. I became a CV CSD director in December 2016 and I am currently in my 2nd term. I have 36 years experience (both military & civilian) with the US Army Corps of Engineers planning and constructing water resource infrastructure development projects. While a civilian with the Corps, I held various leadership positions in environmental planning and project management. My experience with the Corps included extensive coordination with local, state, and other federal agencies. I have been the Saddle Creek II HOA treasurer for the last 14 years and I am a past member/secretary of the Copperopolis Lake Tulloch Lions Club. I am also a charter member of VFW Post 12118 in Copperopolis and a member of the American Legion Post No. 108 in Sutter Creek, CA
